Calendar & Sync

Syncing Your Calendar with iCal and Channel Managers

How calendar sync works

Travlyr can import dates from external calendars (iCal URLs) and export your availability so other systems can block dates when you get a booking. This prevents double bookings and keeps your calendar accurate everywhere.

Adding an iCal feed

If you use another system that provides an iCal or calendar feed, add the feed URL in Travlyr under Calendar or Sync settings. Travlyr will periodically pull blocked dates from that feed and mark them unavailable on your booking page.

  • Find the iCal or subscription URL in your other system
  • Paste it into Travlyr and save
  • Allow a short delay for the first sync to complete

Using a channel manager

If you use a channel manager (for example Bed24 or another supported integration), connect it in Travlyr so bookings and availability stay in sync. Setup steps depend on the partner; check the integration guide for your channel manager.
